Ted Waters Obituary, Death – Come say a prayer with us at Hickory Motor Speedway as we lift up the Waters family in our thoughts and prayers. Ted was a former racer at the Hickory Motor Speedway and is also the parent of Carol Herman, who has worked at HMS for a significant amount of time. The family would be grateful for your prayers during this difficult time. “He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more; also, there shall be no more mourning, crying, or pain; for the former things have passed away,” the Bible says.
