Paddy Duane Obituary, Death – After hearing the tragic news of the demise of Paddy Duane, a former member of the playing roster for the Killimordaly hurling club, the Killimordaly hurling club is in a state of mourning. His older brother Mickey, his older brother Martin, his sister Bridie, his parents Michael and Sarah, and both of his older brothers had all left the house before he did. His loving wife Carmel, daughter Ann Marie, son Joseph, brothers John, Seamus, Gerry, and Benny, sisters Marian and Margaret, his cherished grandchildren Daniel, Darragh, and Leah, son-in-law Brendan (Murphy) and daughter-in-law Tina, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbors, and friends will all miss him terribly.
He will be greatly remembered by all of them. The first of February 2019 was the day he went away. On the 12th of April, visitors to the Quinn’s Funeral Home in Athenry will have the opportunity to pay their respects to the departed between the hours of 5pm and 7pm in the evening on that day. On Thursday, April 13, we will be attending the Funeral Mass at St. Peter and Paul’s Church in Kiltullagh. The service will begin at twelve o’clock in the afternoon local time. Following that, the funeral will go on to the Kiltullagh Cemetery for the burial of the deceased.
