Mark Lepkowski Obituary, Death- An employee at the Michelin Plant in Lexington County abruptly passed away on April 13, 2023. The cause of death was undetermined. Margaret Fisher, the coroner, was able to determine the identify of the worker who had passed away after doing her investigation.
When it was discovered that he had passed away, Mark S. Lepkowski, who was 57 years old at the time of his death, was recognized by Coroner Fisher as the person who had passed away. When it was discovered that he had passed away, it was discovered that he had passed away. Mark S. Lepkowski called Pelion his home for its all of his life. The findings of the office of the coroner indicate that the body of the deceased guy was discovered by the man’s employees around 9:30 in the morning.
The body was discovered wedged in between two pieces of machinery. Immediately after the incident, a medical examiner arrived at the conclusion that the person had already passed away. It was established that the man had passed away shortly after arriving at the hospital; as a result, emergency medical workers were summoned to the location where he was found to be unconscious and unresponsive. The man was transported to the hospital; however, it was determined that he had passed away shortly after arriving at the hospital.
During the autopsy that was performed on April 14, 2023, the preliminary cause of death was determined to be asphyxiation induced by compression. This was determined after the body was placed under compression. During the course of the autopsy, this was discovered to be the case. This conclusion was reached as a result of the findings obtained from the autopsy. The purpose of the autopsy was to discover the cause of death of the individual, which was a necessary task that needed to be completed. An investigation into the recent incident that took place is currently being conducted jointly by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the Coroner’s Office for Lexington County.
