Linda Lambert Obituary, Death – Linda Warlick Lambert, a resident of Morganton, North Carolina, passed away on April 15, 2023. She was 77 years old at the time of her passing. On December 24, 1945, she was born in Burke County to William Warlick and Nellie Marshall Warlick, both of whom have since passed away. Her birth took
place in Burke County. Due to the fact that Linda was a member of Antioch Baptist Church, where she participated in the church choir and taught Sunday school, she was quite involved in the local community. She felt a strong connection to her place of worship. Her immediate family and the church group that she regularly went to were the most important things in her life. One of Linda’s favorite things to do was to spend time with her grandchildren and
other loved ones, as well as to go fishing and watch auto races. She made it a point to be present at each and every athletic competition that her grandson, Levi, took part in. Her grandsons were her world.All of her siblings, including other brothers and sisters, had preceded her in death, following in the footsteps of both of her parents.
She is survived by her husband, John Lambert; her daughter, Susan Cunningham (and her husband Jason); her son, Rusty Lambert; her grandsons, Levi Cunningham, Malachi Cunningham, and Jacob Owenby; her brother, Johnnie Warlick; other brothers and sisters-in-law; and a large number of nieces and nephews.
In addition, she is survived by a large number of nieces and nephews. On Wednesday, April 19, 2023, the family will welcome friends and family to Antioch Baptist Church for a visitation from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m.. The service will be held in memory of the deceased.
It is going to be three o’clock in the afternoon when the church service will begin. Following the conclusion of the funeral services, the body will be interred in the church cemetery.
