Kevin Dwyer Obituary, Death – I will never stop being thankful for what Jesus did for me and why I will never stop being thankful for it because he gave his life on the cross in my place. For that, I will never stop being thankful. Him is the Lord of my life, and it was he who saved me from a fate worse than death. He is the reason I am still alive.
Because our Redeemer, Jesus Christ, has triumphed not only over death but also over the grave, we have every reason to express thanks and praise to the Lord. I have come to the realization that I will spend the rest of my life emulating his behavior and selecting the path that would ultimately lead me toward the light. I have come to this conclusion after coming to the decision that I will spend the rest of my life.
After coming to the realization that I will spend the rest of my life emulating his actions, this is the choice that I have taken as a consequence of that realization. This day, which also happens to be the seventh day of my abstinence, bestows upon me a wonderful feeling of thankfulness, which I am really grateful for. This day also happens to be the seventh day of my sobriety. My happiness with the decision I made to give up drinking is beyond words, and I can’t even begin to explain why.
Those individuals whom I care about and who have been a positive influence in my life will always have my unending gratitude and affection. They are the ones who will always have “unending gratitude and affection” from me.
Kevin Dwyer, now that you have completed your journey here on earth, I pray that you be granted the serenity and contentment that you so richly deserve in the afterlife.
(Jesus Christ is the way, the truth, and the light; he is our individual rescuer and redeemer.) I have resolved to continue making the sacrifices that are necessary in order to live a life that is respected in the eyes of our heavenly father, and I hope that you will join me in this endeavor. This is the kind of life that I hope to lead someday.
AMEN (I Believe)
