John Hutchinson Obituary, Death – A man who was killed during an event that occurred at his home in Blackpool has had a fourth individual accused with his murder. On Monday, the 10th of April, at around 6.50 p.m., police were called to an address in Scorton Avenue in reference to a report of an aggravated burglary. It was stated that a group of males had broken into an apartment and assaulted a man before fleeing the site of the crime.
John Hutchinson, who was 44 years old at the time, was interviewed by the police after they responded to the scene of the event. After Mr. Hutchinson experienced what is believed to be a heart arrest at approximately 9:10 o’clock that evening on the same day, the North West Ambulance Service contacted the police to the same address. He was rushed to the Blackpool Victoria Hospital to receive treatment, but unfortunately, he passed away there later.
After a post-mortem examination by the Home Office, it was determined that the earlier assault caused the internal injuries that ultimately led to his death. His kin have been made aware of the situation. As of this moment, a total of seven people have been taken into custody as a result of this inquiry. David Bond, age 33, of Oaklands Avenue, Netherton, is the subject of the most recent charge.
On Monday, April 17, he is scheduled to appear in court before the Magistrates in Blackpool. Darren McCabe, 47, of Warwick Road in Blackpool, Daniel Cunningham, 33, of Tarnbrook Drive in Blackpool, and Lee Clarke, 33, of Greenall Court in Prescot had been previously charged with murder and appeared at Blackpool Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, April 15.
