John Diehl Obituary, Death – They just passed a great milestone, their 62nd wedding anniversary. His life was exceptional and full despite its challenges. The two things that meant the most to him were his faith and his loved ones. When his family needed him, John was there. The many children he and his wife fostered felt loved and cared for by him and his family. His hilarious personality will live on in the hearts of his loved ones forever. He took pleasure in both his hobbies and his time with his family.
Some examples are coaching, painting, taking part in church activities, visiting new places, gardening, visiting garage sales and flea markets, and even record collecting. Over the years, he had battled numerous health problems. He handled his diseases with dignity and fortitude throughout their ups and downs, and now this great man can rest in peace. Put simply, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” A message in his handwriting was discovered like this in his Bible.
His loved ones were fortunate to have him in their lives because of the way he chose to live. Everyone who knew him will mourn his passing deeply. The funeral will be held at the Maple Avenue United Methodist Church at 63 Maple Avenue NW, Marietta, GA 30064 on February 23 at 11:00 am. A memorial service for John will be held in New York City soon. Please consider donating a donation to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in John’s honor as an alternative to sending flowers.
