Joan Ryan Death, Obituary – We are very sorry to inform you of the passing of Joan Ryan (née Cunniffe), who left this world on April 9th, 2023 at St. Mary’s Square in Athlone, Westmeath, surrounded by her devoted family. It is with great regret that we share this news with you. We are really sorry to have to break this news to you, but it is what it is.
Our sincerest condolences go out to her family and friends, who can find solace in the fact that her passing was peaceful and uncomplicated despite the loss they have suffered. Her faithful husband of many years, Peter, had already passed just a few short months before she did. They had been married for a long time.
We want God to bless her with eternal life and give her a home in heaven. There will be a viewing on Tuesday evening from six o’clock in the evening to eight o’clock in the evening at Flynn’s Funeral Home, which is located at The Strand. The viewing will be conducted on Tuesday. (N37 E6K0).
Her cherished daughter Valerie, son Mel, daughters Donna and Arlene, brothers Michael and Liam, grandkids Mark (Mexico) and Peter (Dublin), as well as her in-laws, nephews, nieces, cousins, and a huge number of her other family members and friends, will miss her in a way that is profound and significant. Her passing will also be felt by a large number of her other family members and friends. Every single one of them is going to experience significant emotional upheaval as a direct result of her passing away.
