Jane Norton Obituary Lorain, Ohio, Jane Norton Has Passed Away – Death Cause

Jane Norton Obituary, Death – The Lorain Historical Society would like to take this opportunity to remember Jane Norton, who served as a Trustee, Benefactor, and Friend of the organization. Our hearts go out to her husband Ben G., her sons Ben P., Brad, and Brent, and their families. Please accept our love and condolences. We would also want to express our condolences to The Stocker Family, and in particular to her sisters Nancy and Mary Ann.

There are very few organizations in Lorain and Lorain County that have not benefited from Jane’s years of hard work, devotion, and generosity. These organizations are few and far between. It is impossible to count the number of individuals whose lives she has improved, both on a personal level and via the efforts of The Stocker Foundation. It would be an understatement to say that she will be missed.

But one thing is certain: Jane’s life and memory will continue on as long as we remember her in the reverberation of her words around conference tables, drive past her house, take part in a charity event, or behold the splendor of a luxuriant garden filled with flowers in the spring and summer. Jane, may you rest in peace and find comfort in the fact that the people whose lives you have enriched will continue to do so even as we make every effort to live our lives to the fullest in your absence.

Pam Hernandez (and her husband Rick), Gene Norton Jr. (and his fiancée Mary Kirchner), Dwayne Norton (and his wife Tammy), and Jodi Kelley (and her husband Dave) are her surviving children. They are also survived by their fifteen grandchildren, including Angela Reyes, Erik Hernandez, Cory Norton, Collin Norton, Casey Norton, Sara Casper, Ashley Stanton, Isaac Norton, Matthew Norton, Jordan Norton, Rosa Norton, Rhilee Norton, Rhianna Norton
