Hesham Lakosha Obituary, Death – We belong to Allah, and it is to Him that we will eventually come. Yesterday evening, my father, Dr. Hesham Lakosha, passed away after a long battle with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). Tomorrow, Monday, April 10th, the Janazah prayer will be conducted in the Masjid of Kearney Lake.
In the name of Allah, the burial will take place in the Halifax Muslim cemetery, which is located at 505 Pockwock Road, following the Dhur prayer. On Tuesday, April 11, at 5:30 p.m., the azah will be conducted in the al Barakah Masjid. We feel the same sorrow that you do at his passing. We ask God to have mercy on your father, and we hope that he will provide you with patience and comfort once he is gone.
I pray that Allah multiplies your reward and gives you the greatest comfort. Both God and I are my owners. We are going to get back to him.
