The 9th of April was the day that my younger sister Haiven took her last breath, and it was also the day that she passed away. My entire world has come crashing down, and a piece of my heart has been shattered. She was 18 years old and brimming with determination at the time. There was a surplus of affection that could be given from Haiven. In addition to being my closest friend, I considered her to be a member of my family in the roles of sister, daughter, and aunt. She was not only exceptionally gifted in sports but also exceptionally gifted in the arts.
When she walked into a room, it was as if a bright light were turned on. I am leading this effort to raise funds in order for my mother and I to be able to give Haiven the kind of exemplary medical attention that she so justly and abundantly merits. Anything at all is very much appreciated, and I will be writing a blog post very soon regarding the upcoming schedule of events that we have planned. I hope and pray that she will stay with us forever.
