Frank Palmisano Obituary, Death – They tied the knot a year after he graduated from high school, and they have recently commemorated the occasion of their fortieth wedding anniversary with close friends and members of their immediate families. In addition to his enthusiasm for classic autos, he was a die-hard fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers. No matter if you were a biologically related member of the family or if you had been “adopted” into the family, he loved you without condition as long as you were a part of his family.

He worked for Syracuse China for close to 14 years, and it was during the last two of those years that he was there that he completed the requirements for a degree in information technology systems management. He left Syracuse China with the degree. After starting out in the field as a Desktop Technician, he finally worked his way up to the position of IT Operations Manager via years of hard work and dedication.

Unexpectedly, Frank Anthony Palmisano Jr., 59 years old and a resident of Lyncourt, New York, passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2023. Frank spent his boyhood in Lyncourt, where in addition to taking part in a variety of sports, he also enjoyed spending time with his family fishing and camping. When he was a young man, he had his first encounter with the woman who would later become the love of his life and the object of his devotion.

During the previous two decades, he held a variety of IT management positions at Community Bank, National Association in a number of different departments. His mother, Joanne (Lenway) Palmisano, along with his in-laws Joseph and Rose Angiolillo, his brother-in-law Joseph Angiolillo, and his sister-in-law Pauline Angiolillo, all passed away before he did. His wife’s parents, Joseph and Rose Angiolillo, all died before he did.

He is survived by his father, Frank Palmisano; wife Karen (Angiolillo) Palmisano; his children: Frank (Keri) Palmisano III, Nicole (Michael) Mastronardi, and Christopher Palmisano; his grandchildren: Arianna, Francesca, and Gabriella Palmisano; sisters: Sherry Cole, Deborah (Philip) Spencer, and Tracey (Eric) Fioramonti; sister in-laws: Elise Angiolillo, Lynda Angiolillo, Deborah (Philip) Kugler; as well as his nieces, nephews, great nieces and great-nephews.
