Dave Raccis Obituary, Death –  It is with deep sorrow that we must inform you of the passing of polka drummer Dave Raccis, Sr. This information is being conveyed to you with a deep sense of regret on our part. In 1991, when Lenny Gomulka left the band and moved to Massachusetts, he was the first drummer to join the Chicago Push and play with them. He did this after Lenny Gomulka left the band and relocated to Massachusetts. In the years leading up to that, he played with both the Freddy K Band and the Eddie Forman Orchestra as a member of both ensembles.

On the occasion of Dave’s passing, we would like to offer our most sincere sympathies and sentiments of sympathy to his wife Michelle, his children, the entire Raccis family, and all of the countless friends Dave had throughout the years. The very first version of David Raccis, Sr.During the entirety of his time spent working with Crete Carrier Corporation, Dave held the position of Northeast Regional Sales Manager for a total of 24 years. Dave, a drummer with outstanding skill, has been playing polka music for more than 40 years. Dave’s polka music is very good.

In addition to being a devout communicant at St. Cecilia Parish in Wilbraham, Massachusetts, he was also a devoted member of the Knights of Columbus. David Raccis is survived by his loving wife of forty years, Michelle (Osowiecki) Raccis; his children Lanelle Bukowski and her husband Robert, and David Raccis and his wife Cara; as well as his sisters Patricia Maingot and Yvonne Wright. David Raccis was a dedicated family man. He was married to Michelle (Osowiecki) Raccis for forty years. In addition to his two cherished grandkids, he is survived by a great number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends in the extended family and community. Before he did, his younger brother, Thomas Raccis, as well as both of his parents, had already passed away.
