Chris Salomone Obituary, Death – The tragic news that Chris Salomone had passed away in the hospital with his family by his side was received late last evening. We are thinking of his wife, Phyllis, and their children, as well as the rest of Chris’s family, friends, and all of his brothers and sisters in the military, and sending them our love and prayers. Surviving members of his family include his wife, Judith; daughters Lindsay (Michael, D.D.S.) Brechon and Kelly (Dustin) Brehm; grandchildren Bowe Brehm and Nora Brechon; mother Jennifer Heaslip; brothers Dan (Val) Heaslip, nephew Cullen Heaslip, and Pete (Kelly) Heaslip; aunt Mary Margaret Juhlin; step-mother Judith E. Salamone. Colleen Quinn, a niece and goddaughter, and her brother-in-law Brian Quinn and his wife Patty, all of Rockford, Illinois. sister-in-laws Nancy (Harry M.D.).
Derderian and Carol (Dave) Thompson; nephews Christopher Thompson and Justin (Corina) Thompson; godson and nephew Drew Derderian; all residing in Fort Collins County; and a large number of cousins. Sam Salamone, his mother Kathy Heaslip Peterson, his sister Kathy Heaslip Peterson, his nephew Dylan Heaslip, and his stepfather Richard Heaslip, as well as his in-laws Dr. Charles and Florence Quinn, all passed away before him.
Visitation and the service will be held privately for the family at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, and the burial will take place privately at St. Mary/St. James Cemetery.
